Well this is confusing. According to this link:
http://www.ams.usda.gov/AMSv1.0/pdp the USDA is charged with
collecting data on pesticide residues in food (including fruits). See
the PDP tab "Program Overview" and "Quick facts about PDP"
Can anyone clarify?
