NS 6 under Win 95 seemed ok on the family computer (P120, 48MB RAM) but I
didn't use it much since win95 is really slow when used

But the point is that NS 3.x doesn't know about PNGs, it would seem odd to
me that they added support to recognize a PNG but not adding support for
viewing it.

Clarence,
You made me drag out my PartitionMagic 4.0 manual. There is an operation,
"Resize Clusters" but on a cursory look it appears that it does that by
changing partition size. Quoting from the manual:
"The 'Resize Clusters' dialog [box] (Fig. 4.6) displays the possible cluster

Hi folks,
just checked 1.68.
ARGH! Memory monster is still alive with QNX pages, too.
Funny: pop3 mail download frees up memory.
Interesting: all versions eating up memory starting with less free memory
than good old 1.65.

Hi All;
I need to TEMPORARILY change the size of a partition with the intent
of modifying cluster size.
Could some Partition Magic fans tell me whether I should waste my time
looking for a demo download site ? In other words, will Partition Magic
allow ME to decide on cluster size ?
If anyone

I have put it in a directory in my path. When I give the command bak

There's no need to remember the switches -- just use
an alias. For example, I alias 'ls -al' to 'dir'.

Sam,
I am going to search my PC Magazines for whereis.com (the version that I use).
Simtel has PC Magazine archives by volume and number and that should include
the whereis.com. In the meantime, if you want it, let me know and I will
