I definitely do NOT like the new default icon size in v.1.70. How do I
change that to something better ? Clicking the small "Resize" button
does not seems to have any permanent effect.
Additionally, when clicking the "Clear cache" button, the screen goes
messed up. The top line seems to be a mix

Kali,
To avoid losing e-mails you've downloaded, you can set up a pop3 log; it
won't get huge, because it is rewritten from scratch with each mail
download. It places all the mail downloaded each time in a single file,
so all you'd have to do is find the part of that file you want, edit out

After being told time after time that the fault was mine, I spent more
than a few hours searching, going step by step through every file
involved.
I paid particular attention to batch programs because Arachne is totally
dependent upon them working flawlessly each time they are called.

SCR is an executable, however it rely on the Windows API to work.
It will not work on DOS exactly like Windows programs do not work on
DOS. Not without the Windows API in the background.

If you rename a .SCR to .EXE and run it, it says: "This program requires
Microsoft Windows".

Thank you to all who wrote to my mail.
I tried some suggestions, but I must add a line to the following

I hope that no-one managed to download the buggy version ;)
Now we have at least good old broken cookie support, which allows reading
Yahoo mail after re-login (no, I still don't know why ;-).
I am going to sleep, because this release was once again little bit

Hi Kali,
You got me hangin'! I really don't know.
There was a "cntrl D" that somehow got inserted in the
arachne.cfg file that I discovered & erased since.
Would that cause a hangup somehow? I Bcc: a copy to
myself and had no difficulty.
Did anyone else experience a similar effect?
