first tests show that my PDF2HTM utility is working with GS 7.05. This
version of GS requires the explizit setting of the GS_LIB environment
variable in autoexec.bat for some reason with the correct path where the
GS libraries are to be found, like this:
SET GS_LIB=C:\GS
