Hello! Clarence--you did it again. Entered bmp2gif and the file at the command line and that did it. Gotta write that down. I did a file search on the hd for bmp2gif.txt but could not find it. Thats kinda funny, I even downloaded the zip program again and both times, it shows 2 files unzipped
