He has not, and it has been made clear by him that he wants to reduce
the amount of server time dedicated to the list.

This backwards setup of InSight has been discussed many times before.
Any decent e-mail software should *default* to a "Reply To" e-dress when
answering.
I've seen mention that Arachne does not do this because then ALL the
Arachne List mail would automatic
