Martha.com is able to transform caracters of central european
code pages (ISO 8859-2). HTML-pages in Eastern Europe contain
the characters just as they are in 8-bit plain text.
Unfortunately the french programs martha/ishtar convert them into
HTML-entities according to their location in ISO 8859-2. The
installation in Arachne would be fine, if the program could be
customized for handling different codepages. A certain solution
offers rtftohtm.exe which allows even to customize style sheets. The
latest version of that program only runs under Windows, but an
older version is available at: http://www.sunpack.com/RTF/

Question: Does anybody know a program that does in a similar
manner "HtmToRtf"?
