[arch] IPV6 in Arch Kernel

Would it be possible for IPv6 be compiled as a module in the default arch kernel? Certain applications, including Java and KDE networking (konqueror, etc), try to use IPV6 if its available, but if the network you are on does not support IPv6, it causes significant delays in establishing connection
