I believe it's this, in /etc/sysctl.conf
net.ipv4.ip_forward
But I've never tried it since I always use a custom kernel anyway, for boot
speed.

Would it be possible for IPv6 be compiled as a module in the default
arch kernel?
Certain applications, including Java and KDE networking (konqueror,
etc), try to use IPV6 if its available, but if the network you are on
does not support IPv6, it causes significant delays in establishing
connection

Does the missing slib/require.scm indicate that slib[1] should be
packaged for Arch in order to get a proper guile?
How anyone manages to compile g-wrap (which is in AUR) without slib is
beyond me.

It was just a proposition. What I would mean is to do something like
apt-listbugs will be interesting no?
I'm not speaking about Debian but something like apt-listbugs in pacman.
With this, everybody can read if there's a bug open or not and everybody
will be happy no?

I am really missing a properly populated /etc/mailcap file. What would
the chances be of introducing a tool that packagers can use from
post_install and post_remove that would add/remove entries in
/etc/mailcap?
Debian's update-mime[1] would be used as an inspiration...

Well, rm -rf ~/.openoffice.org2/ did the trick. The problem was, some
file in that folder was owned by root. Silly problems, and even sillier
error messages. :P ;)
