I had the same problem, I decided to remove the line:

and the altGr went back to behave correctly.
Don't know if it's the same problem, but it never hurts to try, right?

Hi, It might be because the archck kernel has replaced the vanilla one,
in grub, edit the line of the kernel and search for the kernels you have
(it should have autocompletion, so it's easy)
