[arch-dev-public] arch-diff page offline

Hi devs and TUs, the diff page http://www.archlinux.de/?page=ArchitectureDifferences does not work atm. Looks like one of the last updates makes it impossible to extract the db files using bsdtar within php. This might be due to an undocumented change in php or just a bug. I'll have to find
