I double checked the option is enabled.
$ grep CONFIG_X86_RESERVE_LOW_64K /usr/src/linux-2.6.33-ck/.config
CONFIG_X86_RESERVE_LOW_64K=y
I also saw the Suspend-Resume log[1], this does not happen always but
4/5 times. This is a assembled box with award bios and my motherboard
