Sorry, I'm not really able to help with startx stuff. It hasn't worked
for me since about 2007 or so. It seems pretty involved these days to
get it working. I've just been starting and stopping the display
manager, which is quite easy using systemd.
sudo systemctl start gdm
sudo systemctl stop gd

I am trying to edit the xinitrc file so that when I type startx,
Gnome will start. It seems that something has gone wrong with

Hi guys:
I've installed Gnome and I don't really want to run it from the
GDM. So, I went into the directory /etc/skel/ and have erased
the comment lines off of exect gnome-session. When I type
startx, and press alt+F2 to run and type Orca, nothing seems to
happen.
Also, I have the VirtualBo

The reason to stick with SVN has always been that certain devs/TUs wa
Oops, wqy-microhei-lite and zsync were added by me but I forgot to adopt them.
Thanks for the TODO list and I've just adopted the two poor guys :P

Huhh I didn't realise clang used LLVM as a shard library.
I guess my perspective is slightly skewed because I work on another LLVM
based project that uses static libraries instead (the project uses an
old version LLVM).

Hi,

In connection with the newly created TODO lists for rebuilds of
packages formerly maintained by people that are no longer involved
with Arch Linux, I wondered if there would be any objections if I
moved the following packages from [community] to AUR: (They are
