Anyone have any idea why 4.1.3 is being held back in testing, nearly a week now? Seems unusual for a .3 or newer, although I realize it might not be for a x.x.1 or .2. Anyone using the testing repo having major issues? No bugs shown against it, and nothing obvious in testing or kernel/hardware for
