After Gnome 3.10 - 3.12 upgrade my Bluetooth keyboard layout became
crazy. There are no English letters, instead it types some numbers.
Sounds silly, but if I press in gedit letter p is prints *, o is
6, l is 3, q, w and others do out output anything.
The keyboard is visible in Bluetooth

I am having a trouble configuring static IP address on fresh arch
installation.
As beginners guide point, I installed ifplugd (with dhcp), copied
ethernet-static in /etc/network.d. Here is my /etc/network.d/ethernet-static
