one else is reporting the same problem, then it
is probably a kernel/driver/hardware issue, so knowing the specifics
of your wifi card will help a lot.

I have a question. My kword does not work very well with *.doc files. I
installed KDE and then kword. But when I tried to open a doc file, there
is a message of "Not a valid koffice file".
Has anyone ever encountered this problem.
