It fixes the problem running skype in xephyr too. (Grey window)
This worked before an update of lib32-qt4, so I'd guess it is a libqt
problem and not a X problem.

Do I have to have KMS enabled? What if I'm using e.g. proprietary
nvidia drivers i.e. no KMS?
