I know this. :) The Xorg package doesn’t contain xinitrc. That’s in the xInit
package.
So pacman -S xinit, and it will be there.

$ pacman -Fo /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc
etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc is owned by extra/xorg-xinit 1.3.4-3
or:
$ pkgfile /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc
extra/xorg-xinit

xorg-xinit
