I just set up a mirror that pulls from xsounds via rsync once an hour:
Server = http://arch-haskell.hiddenrock.com/core/$arch
For reference, here's the rsync command I'm using:
rsync -vaP --delete rsync://xsounds.org/arch-haskell/ ./
