Issue # 1 : After I install PostgreSQL 9.3 and try to run the commands createdb

conservation NGOs and a company called "Heritage Matters".
I am from IT background and now work with heritage in India.
I am hoping to be able to use Arches very soon for some of the field work

We are thinking of using Arches software for heritage management in our
non-profit organisation. We mainly work in the architectural conservation
area.
