Map (training.philippineheritagemap.org) using a production copy of our
website, and now I'm trying to upload an image under either Images & Files,

settings.py.

Well, not so easy... not sure about what that means. I'd say just go back
to your working instance make sure you've replicated all of the settings
exactly. Good luck!
