In Version 3 Arches, I understand we will be able to input our own
coordinates, will these coordinates also need to be input in the order
longitude, Latitude?

Hi Eloise,
It should be in this order: (Longitude, Latitude)
Also, remember that Arches expects all of the coordinates to be in
latitude/longitude WGS84.
