Okay, Thanks for the explanation. If there hasn't been any specific reason
to do it this way, please make sure we get rid of such ad-hoc mechanisms
used for authenticating API access, etc perhaps, soon after the release, to
be able to adhere the platform standards.

Yeah, I understand the point. What I thought of putting dataviews and
associated widgets together is to eliminate the extra click when browsing a
dataview. And yes I agree with that when number of dataviews grow, the UI
will be more cluttered. This can be addressed
