If I'm reading that error log correctly, it looks like some bit of data in that
csv is not valid UTF-8.

Hello! This is a quick note. Try saving your spreadsheet as a CSV UTF-8 file,
using Excel. That should be available in the drop-down menu when you Save As
This should strip all non-UTF8 encoding. If it fails again, try restarting
ASpace and then try the upload again.

Does this refer to the MySQL connection, or it this related to the Solr
index? What typically causes this?
