Hello! This is a quick note. Try saving your spreadsheet as a CSV UTF-8 file, using Excel. That should be available in the drop-down menu when you Save As This should strip all non-UTF8 encoding. If it fails again, try restarting ASpace and then try the upload again. From: archivesspace_users_g

Hello, I have been attempting to upload a .csv file using the accessions template for *weeks* and I keep receiving an error message that I cannot parse. We have rebooted our server and I have fixed all the data errors I can see that might have caused the issue. I even rekeyed the entire spreads
