Hi all -
We're looking to incorporate a monitoring solution for ArchivesSpace,
and AS is a slightly different beastie: most of our of Java
applications run in Tomcat and the Jetty runtime is a bit unfamiliar.
Is anyone using monitoring to keep an eye on AS? I can modify the

Hi all -
I have a set of resources that need to be removed from the PUI - they
were published in error. Initially I had thought that setting their
`published` status in the database from `1` to `0` (and updating the
`system_mtime` would be sufficient for a reindex (where these resources

Hi all -
I'm trying to think about suppressing a section of our finding aids in
the PUI, specifically the Finding Aid & Administrative Information. I'm
not sure, though, if this should be managed through the admin UI or
programmatically.
I had thought that there might be 'Publish' radio box on

Hi all -
We're experiencing a strange issue with at least two of our resources: they are
available in the staff UI for some admin-level users (me), but not others.
They're unavailable in the public UI for everyone (except very briefly during
a reindex - once the reindex is finished, they're n
Hi all -
Apologies for duplication; I've sent a similar message to the Google
Group. I'm curious if anyone on the list has any information about
account locking after X number of failed logins. There seems to be some
documention from an Staff/User specification [1], but I can't tell if

Hi all -
I'm hoping someone can provide a bit of direction for me. Are there any
shared plugins or repositories that allow users to generate reports from
a selection; i.e. a search/browse, select multiple entries (of
