We have an additional scanner setup on a workstation that does not have Ariel
installed at all. Students can scan documents at this workstation and save
them to a folder on a network drive using the Rapid or Ariel number as the file
name. These documents can later be retrieved at the

Ariel-receive to a newpc. Since we switched ips to keep the ariel receive ip
the same, we are currently not receiving through Ariel.
University IT is exploring options. They have tried suggested sent to me last
week.
