[ARIE-L] Ariel Send vs. Ariel Receive and static IPs

We have 2 licenses for Ariel. One of our ILL PCs has Ariel just for sending and another has Ariel just for receiving. I understand why we need a static IP address to receive. Do we really need a static IP address to send? Thank you, Sheri Schneider, Library Systems, Cedar Crest College,
