Does anyone know if Ariel issues diminish or disappear when used in
conjunction with BSCAN ILL software?
OR
Do any BSCAN ILL users have issues with Ariel?
Hoping to gain a better understanding of this.

We made the change from Ariel to Relais last January. Relais has the option to
send attachments or post to we web. The post to web option is what we use for
our end users so the file size is never an issue with this option. With
Relais, we can also send to Ariel workstations and receive Ariel
