We made the change from Ariel to Relais last January. Relais has the option to send attachments or post to we web. The post to web option is what we use for our end users so the file size is never an issue with this option. With Relais, we can also send to Ariel workstations and receive Ariel transmissions. This way we can still communicate with other libraries who use Ariel. We currently recieve 95% of our requests via Docline and the other 5% via OCLC. I need to do more research but was initially thinking of pairing Odyssey and Illiad.
