It had been working properly until we had to change the password on the email account. We updated the password in the Ariel Mail Preferences but whenever we try to send mail it fails and says to retry. We’ve verified that the new password is working correctly, but it just won’t work in Ariel. I noticed in the list archives that there have been issues with authentication between Ariel and SMTP servers, but the server configuration (as far as we know) hasn’t changed. I want to doublecheck the logs today but I didn’t see any SMTP errors when I checked it yesterday. If anyone has thoughts on what we might want to look at next to fix the issue, we’d love to hear ‘em. Thanks!
