Hi Azinger,
My standpoint to this proposal is neutral. Someone inside ARIN told that
AOL has done the 8.2 transfer recently. The so-called conflict and
utilisation rate test is just some bureau language left there without
preventing this transfer.
ARIN is so nice to talk and assist on the 8.2
onable for Draft Policy to emerge which seems

Hi John and community,
one of the reasons why the community should oppose the 2014-02 and 2014-09
as follows, The unfair system only benefits some big firms.
Recently, there is one inter-rir transfer and i would like to discuss the
story behind the scene.
*ipv4|167.220.224.0/19|American
Hi David,
I disagree with you. Like your 2014-2, 2014-9 (about resolving the
conflict between NRPM 8.2 and the RSA) is one of the step(or excuse) to
avoid 8.2 then 8.3/8.4 transfer policy to have IPv4 transferred everywhere,
which may cause the inaccurate of ARIN whois.
The unfair RIR system

Agreed. ARIN
this is a kind of another bureau policy to add to ARIN current bureau
policy.
like the IPv4 leasing ( even there is no policy defining on this lease
topic but it has been existing since the very beginning of internet born),
the phenomena of out-of-region use is ubiquitous, there has already
resources.
