I remove that (I used grub2-editenv but it might be better to remove the GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="cma=192MB" line in /etc/defaults/grub and rebuild the grub files with grub2-mkconfig) then the pi4 boots successfully with 5.6.2-300.fc32.aarch64
