Hi again, I take that patch back - it won't help you. Instead I went to the source and fixed affxparser. I've committed a bug fix to BioConductor - both to the release (now v1.14.1) and the developers versions (v1.15.1). You'll have to wait for the next BioC build cycle which should happen wit
