Since the CRMAv.2 paper is not available yet, could you clarify if the
crosstalk calibration is applied to SNP probes only and the
normalizations are applied to both SNP and CN probes? (Normalizations
for nucleotide-position probe sequence effects and for PCR fragment
length effects
