Hi Venkat, As far as I am aware, when you buy 6.0 arrays, you get both Nsp and Sty arrays (http://www.affymetrix.com/products/arrays/specific/ genome_wide_snp6/genome_wide_snp_6.affx), so it would seem odd to choose not to use a particular array (that you have already purchased). This is
