You most likely got an error during installation, because
aroma.affymetrix now requires R (≥ 3.1.2) -
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/aroma.affymetrix/ - and you're
on R 3.1.0, which is nearly two years old.
The solution is to update to a recent version of R, i.e. R 3.2.4.
