I hope NOT.. There is absolutely no scope for any kind of music in Mahabharat. Besides, who is going to sit through the movie that has a story oft repeated in TV channels.. BAD IDEA! Maniratnam has already done a modern version of Mahabharat (Thalapathi) which was not a great success.. Sam.

I spoke to Amrita Vidyalayam in Bangalore. They do have this Vol 115 tape but said it was composed and sung by a 'Malayali boy' and definitely not Rahman! Wonder why their Coimbatore folks said it was Rahman...maybe the voice was so much like his! Karthik Yahoo!
