The man doesn't know what he is writing about. I have had it against him for the longest time for misguiding with his reviews.
Don't get too serious about him. It's not worth it. It's like Taran Adarsh praising whatever yashraj/barjatya/johar made until recently when it has become too obvious that THEY ALL SUCK BIGTIME!
