Director Ashutosh Gowariker took three days to shoot just one scene
for the Aishwarya Rai-Hrithik Roshan starrer `Jodha Akbar'

That Ashutosh Gowariker is a highly competent filmmaker is well known
by now.

But he's such a staunch perfectionist that recently he took about
three days to shoot just scene of his ambitious film, `Jodha Akbar'!

Says a source, "The shooting has been going very smoothly, but
Ashutosh has been taking a really long time. Last month, for a scene
involving Aishwarya and Hrithik, he took three days. Right since the
beginning, he has been canning one scene a day and at times, even one
scene in two days."

The unit, currently in Rajasthan, is filming the battle sequences.
When contacted, Sunita Gowariker, Ashutosh's wife, and the executive
producer on the movie, said that all directors have their own vision,
and they work according to that.

"I am sure every director is particular and so is Ashutosh. It is true
that canning the best is always his aim," she said.
