‘Be nice to A R Rahman’ Negativity surrounds music director A R Rahman’s Commonwealth Games theme song; people have openly expressed their dislike and said the Oscar winner couldn’t live up to their expectations. But, for composer Vishal Dadlani, a part of Bollywood’s music fraternity, people should understand and appreciate what Rahman has done for music and India.
Vishal has reacted vehemently to all the bad comments about the CWG theme and writes on Twitter, “The only infallible one is god, who sends music to us all. Everyone else is human, including Rahman. We’re all allowed off days. Be nice. All you doubters, and haters, please understand that Rahman has done more for music and India’s international image than almost anyone else.” Rahman will appear on the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar that has Vishal as one of the judges. No doubt, Vishal is on cloud nine as he is going to meet the iconic music director for the first time. The episode will be aired soon.
