Dear ARR Congratulations on being voted the Indian of the year ! It was an honour to us to take part in the voting process. Frankly you do not need further endorsements on your genius talent, but when such awards come from time to time, it is a great joy to all of us.
As a LOYAL fan, I want to request you, can you please consider having an exclusive concert only for your fans ? especially the loyal YAHOO group fans ? I have heard from others about your stage shows till now, did not get a chance to attend one, (may be in Bangalore this year). No doubt that the present shows are extravagant with fabulous stage preparations, dances, fireworks etc. For such general concerts, I know, there is a pressure on the kind of songs one has to perform (Catcht / peppy / Dance related songs). Having involved distantly in such EXCLUSIVE RAHMAN songs concerts in Pune thanks to THE WANDERING SOULS, I know that in such programmes, more POPULAR and CATCHY songs have to be included for the general audiance. But we would like to have a concert where YOU get a chance to select the songs ALL BY YOURSELF and I am sure it will be something you would like to do only for the diehard RAHMAN fans. We will be happy if there are no dances, we would not mind if there are no fireworks. We want to listen to you and you and you only. It would be a ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity to see you performing "Vellai Pookkal" or "Yeh jo des hai tera". And we do not want professional musicians, I know there are SO MANY talented instrumentalists, vocalists and backstage artists amongst the Yahoo fans that you have to only say YES, and the complete preparations will be organised in no time.......
