*The movie portrays Rajnikant as Sultan, a warrior prince. It is co-produced by Ocher Studios, Adlabs and Warner Brothers. It has been two years since the movie is under making. It is touted as the most expensive film ever made with a budget of Rs 700 million. 'Sultan-The Warrior' is an animated film with the use of motion-capture technology and latest 3D software to give a life-like animated representation of the actors. In fact, the minutest changes in facial expression can be seen clearly, thanks to technology. For the shooting of the film, it is reported that sophisticated animation equipments were imported. Soundarya Rajnikant herself has donned the director's cap for the film.
