Its not the release date thats considered for National Awards. Its
based on censoring date. Thats why even non-released films get
National Awards. oiow, 2005 NA is for films censored between Jan 1
2005 and Dec 31 2005.

YOU ARE WRONG. RUBAROO SONG IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO
SING. NARESH HAS SUNG THE SONG SO BEAUTIFULLY AND WITH
SO MUCH FEEL, EVEN ARR HAD APPRECIATED NARESH IN ONE
OF HIS INTERVIEW.
JURY IS THE BEST JUDGE.
AS FAR AS SHRI LALGUDI JAYARAM IS CONCERNED, WE SHOULD
NOT COMMENT AT ALL. HE IS DEFINITELY
hmm... if that's the case, ARR by himself deserves an award for singing

tone??? its just unique and outstanding... lets wait and watch if tere bina

Naresh Iyer's wasn't the best male performance IMHO. Shafqat Amanat
Ali Khan was by far the most impressive performer in Mitwa, followed
by Zubeen in Ya Ali (pardoning the fact that it's copied).. There
were several performances that ranked above Roobaroo..
Roobaroo isn't too difficult of a song
