We know the reason behind "Ponmagal Vandhal" would be due to the demand of the situation in the film and we are sure this would go well with the movie.
But when ARR remixes old songs, its the "The ARR Bashers Club" that strikes gold.. They get an opportunity to call him a copycat and what not.. and it really hurts. There are many people who listen to ARR songs JUST to find a resemblance to an old song and call it a "copy"... I am writing this mail only coz I've heard many such comments on this song so far .... People who want to bash ARR and his work just don't want to know the reason behind him doing such a song (like a remix of an old song).. For them, all they know (rather they want to know) is to yell "HEY , THIS IS A "COPY" Also, surprises me MSV is not mentioned in the CD credits. (Or did I miss it?)
