Hi I have been using FL Studio for the last 3 years in my home recordings... I think you are right, the track does sound like a fruity loops effort
but i need to mention here that i see a lot of instruments, synths & samples in ARR's music that can be created using FL Studio (for example: the synths on 'Paatshaala', the instruments of 'Khalbali', the tracks of 'Yuva'& the basslines of almost all his songs) Also, knowing his penchant for experimenting i guess ARR might...just might... have used FL Studio a bit somewhere down the line. Mind You.... if you hear the BGM of Thiruda Thiruda (& many other early-to-mid-1990s movies of ARR) you will find drum loops & patterns that sound very much like Fruity Loops...
