Hi, I want to add one more genre rahman used,'Arabic'. I don't know

There is one more genre in bengali---that is "Kirtan" ARR used it in "Pookodiyil Punnagai" from Iruvar. The initial flute is pure "kirtan"

25. New Age/Electronic - many songs are there but mostly rahman
fuses elements of this genre in most of his works. Songs which
stands out is "pudhu vellei mazhai" from roja and "nalai Ulagham"
from love birds.
remember rahman's affection for Vangelis who is a pioneer in New age
genre.
