The news is true. It is a film directed by someone else, but produced by
Mani Sir. Earlier too, Mani Sir's production had music by different
composeres, maybe because the scale of the project is too small to afford
ARR. Earlier Karthik Raja had composed for a Mani Ratnam production.

Yuvan is working mani's production and not direction. Mani has used other
music directors for the films in his production. Ex: Nerukku ner, Aasai, 5 star
