Shankar Mahadevan thankin AR Really, Rahman played a Big role in the success of my Music Career, especially in South India. My first Song for him, 'Urvashi' from the Album 'Humse Hain Muqabla' was a Hit. And I received my first National Award for his song 'Yenna Solla Pogirai' (Kandukondaen). We became closer when we were working together for 'Bombay' 's Background Scores. Now, even after I became a composer, we are in very good touch. I remember.. just after finishing the works of 'Taare Zameen Par', I went directly for his Concert. We together performed 'Humma Humma' on that Show. Sivamani is really like my Brother. We got to know each other, when I started to work for Rahman. About 15 years of friendship.. We've got a very good equation and mutual understanding. That's why we are a successful pair on stage 'n in studio. Now a days, we do a programme called 'Silk Route'. We travelled a lot and had food together from all over the world.
