Zee TV has roped in Sharad Kelkar and Mauli Dave as the anchors of the show, 'Rock N Roll Family'. Sharad's journey from modeling to Television commercials to acting in soaps has finally gotten him into another dimension which is that of an anchor. Mauli might hail from the USA but is very Indian at heart and that is why she is here hosting the show. Sharad who himself is a staunch family man and essays a similar character on screen as well is the right choice for a show that requires someone who can empathize with the participants. Sharad is a Maharashtrian but hails from Gwalior, M.P. He is more renowned as Nahar of Zee TV's Saat Phere. After completing his graduation, he began teaching physical education. Soon enough he became one of the top 10 finalists in Grasim Mr. India 2002. The affable, charming and extremely talented, 'Saregamapa Challenge' finalist, Mauli Dave, will be co-hosting 'Rock N Roll Family' with Sharad Kelkar. This talented 19-year-old is a jack of all trades, other than being a straight "A" student she is also a Graphic Designer, Painter, Tabla Player, dancer and singer all rolled into one. She added another feather to her cap when she got a Diploma in Kuchhipudi when she was just 12 years old. She was also crowned Miss Teen India Texas in 2007. Mauli became the darling of the nation ever since her first performance, when she sung the song "Mayya Mayya" from Guru. She received accolades from all her guru's and her mentor Bappi Da, even went to the extent of calling her the "Shakira of India". She looks up to the musical genius A.R Rehman and dreams of singing for her idol some day. -- regards, Vithur A.R.Rahman - The Adorable Human Being
