Two of the most eagerly awaited musicals of the year, Gautham Menon’s Vinnai Thandi Varuvaya, the Simbu-Trisha starrer which has music by the emperor AR Rahman and Venkat Prabhu’s Goa, with Yuvan Shankar Raja has been taken by Sony Music. A spokesperson of Sony Music said: “ VTV and Goa are two of the most eagerly awaited tracks in Kollywood. Gautham Menon is doing his first film with ARR, and the combination is sure to rock. Goa has the proven hit pair of Venkat and Yuvan, which is sure to create magic.” Both the films have been snapped by Sony Music at record prices, especially VTV, which has touched an eight figure mark.
