While we are at it, interested members can give a hearing to Firaaq music also - a Nandita Das film on Gujarat riots - there are two hardcore ghazals, there is one pure instrumentals that is quite mesmerizing, and there is a recitation of Faiz's timeless nazm Ye daag daag ujala. There are two other songs also. But yeah, Firaaq is a single theme album - a serious type, a saddening one. No masti song. The movie has not yet come in DVD and not available on net for download either, I don't know why it has happened. -- V
